Senior Architect (Interior Fit-Out)

We're Hiring – Senior Architect (Interior Fit-Out) | Dubai

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect with a strong background in Interior

Fit-Out Projects to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and development of interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.

Prepare and review architectural drawings, shop drawings, detailed design packages, and construction documentation.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and project specifications.

Review and approve material selections, finishes, and technical submittals.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings.

Coordinate with MEP, structural, and specialist subcontractors to resolve design and construction issues.

Participate in client presentations, design workshops, and technical meetings.

Manage project timelines and ensure design deliverables are submitted as per schedule.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.

Identify value engineering opportunities while maintaining design integrity and project objectives.

Support project managers during project execution and handover stages.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's Degree preferred).

Registered Architect or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Architecture, with at least 5 years in Senior Architect roles

within Interior Fit-Out projects.

Strong experience in F&B, commercial, retail, luxury residential, and corporate interior

projects.

Experience working in the UAE/GCC market is highly preferred.
