Company: A reputed Architectural Engineering Consultancy firm

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 6-7 years in Dubai

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of concept designs, sketches & interior designs.
• Presentation of drawing in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Working drawings but not limited to architectural drawings.
• Submission of drawings online or manually to DM, Trakhees, Nakheel, DDA, DACC, Meraas, Tecom, Jafza, Civil Defence and any other Authorities whatsoever for approval.
• Coordination for perspective and renders of the proposed project.
• Co-ordination with structural engineer, MEP engineer to review architectural, structural design and MEP compatibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Dubai, with a focus on authority approvals and compliance.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Nakheel, RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, and Civil Defense regulations.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Registration with the Trakhees, Society of Engineers (SOE) is preferred.
