Senior Architectural Designer (10+ YRS EXP REQ, 2+ YRS REVIT EXP REQ)

Established Architectural firm is seeking experienced Architect to lead the production of Architectural design and Construction Documents. Candidate must have experience in multifamily residential and commercial projects and working knowledge of local codes and regulations to include ADA and FHA. Candidate must be proficient in Revit. Projected tasks include preparation of design and construction documents; coordination of the project team in the preparation, detailing and delivery of architectural drawings; coordination with engineering consultants; standard architectural construction administration tasks and assistance with various other architectural duties which may include code research, plotting and assemblage of document sets, post production detailing and other tasks customarily performed in Architectural Firms.

Position requires that applicant has an Architectural Degree. NCARB Registration preferred by not required.

Compensation to be negotiated based on applicant's experience.
