Senior Architectural Designer

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

Preferred Candidate Base: Candidates from Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, etc. (outside Kolkata)

We are a leading real estate company with a strong portfolio in township and high-rise developments. We are currently seeking a Senior Architect to lead the master planning and design coordination of large-scale township projects in West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the master planning development and concept design for large-scale township projects.
• Coordinate architectural design activities across all stages — from concept to execution — ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.
• Work closely with internal design teams, external consultants, and clients for project ideation, development, and approval.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including:

o West Bengal Fire & Emergency Services

o West Bengal Pollution Control Board

o Municipal Corporations / Urban Local Bodies

o Environmental Clearance authorities

• Handle the design and execution of high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, and community infrastructure.
• Guide and mentor internal teams for the preparation of design briefs, working drawings, and presentation materials.
• Participate in client meetings, regulatory submissions, and design review processes.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and sustainability consultants.
• Oversee and review architectural deliverables ensuring accuracy, aesthetics, and technical feasibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
