Senior Architectural Designer

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience)
About the Role
Join our collaborative, hands-on studio and take part in shaping high-profile interior and architectural projects. This role offers opportunity to lead design tasks, work directly with clients, and grow into a project lead role for future career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual designs, space planning, interior elevations, details, and finish selections
- Participate in client meetings; analyze and incorporate client needs, budget, and project requirements while ensuring compliance with codes and regulations
- Produce high-quality design drawings and 3D renderings
- Evaluate and select materials, finishes, and specifications
- Support project documentation throughout all phases
- Conduct site visits and gather field data as required, including traveling between project sites
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules
- Provide updates and guidance to clients on project progress
- Manage city and county permitting processes, including CUP applications
- Lead design tasks on small-to-medium projects with mentorship from senior staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and 3ds Max
- Strong 3D visualization and rendering skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with city permitting processes highly preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed for project sites
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Korean language skills a plus
Salary & Benefits
- $70,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience)
- 90-day probationary period
