Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience)

About the Role

Join our collaborative, hands-on studio and take part in shaping high-profile interior and architectural projects. This role offers opportunity to lead design tasks, work directly with clients, and grow into a project lead role for future career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs, space planning, interior elevations, details, and finish selections
• Participate in client meetings; analyze and incorporate client needs, budget, and project requirements while ensuring compliance with codes and regulations
• Produce high-quality design drawings and 3D renderings
• Evaluate and select materials, finishes, and specifications
• Support project documentation throughout all phases
• Conduct site visits and gather field data as required, including traveling between project sites
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules
• Provide updates and guidance to clients on project progress
• Manage city and county permitting processes, including CUP applications
• Lead design tasks on small-to-medium projects with mentorship from senior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and 3ds Max
• Strong 3D visualization and rendering skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with city permitting processes highly preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed for project sites
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Korean language skills a plus

Salary & Benefits

• $70,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience)
• 90-day probationary period
• 401(k) eligibility after 6 months
• 48 hours PTO

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
