We are seeking a highly experienced Architectural Draftsman with advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit to join our professional design team and contribute to the success of our ongoing and future projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and construction documents using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop and manage BIM models and coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Ensure all drawings comply with UAE building codes, Sharjah municipality standards, and project requirements.
• Review, update, and refine drawings based on design revisions, technical feedback, and site conditions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to maintain design accuracy and consistency.
• Establish and maintain company Revit templates, standards, and family libraries.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of professional experience in architectural drafting and documentation using Revit (UAE experience is required).
• Expert-level skills in Revit Family creation, detailing, and BIM model management.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, technical detailing, and coordination drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of Sharjah and UAE building codes and regulations.
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED certification standards.
• Ability to lead drafting tasks on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
