Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction and engineering projects.
• Specialized Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in architectural works, finishing activities, and site supervision.
• Preferred Background: Strong knowledge of site operations, architectural detailing, finishing materials, and coordination with contractors and consultants.
• Skills: Ability to manage site activities, ensure quality standards, and oversee daily progress of architectural and finishing works.
