We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across assigned territories in the UAE.

This role is strictly for experienced professionals with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or dietary supplement sales.

- Junior or entry-level candidates will not be considered.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B negotiation skills and proven relationships with pharmaceutical distributors, modern trade, and large retail chains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated area.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with pharmaceutical distributors, wholesalers, and healthcare partners.
  • Lead B2B negotiations with key accounts, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.
  • Secure product listings with large retail chains, supermarkets, pharmacies, and modern trade outlets.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and optimal shelf placement across key accounts.
  • Identify new distributors, strategic partners, and business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and supply chain teams.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

Requirements & Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • At least Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role within pharmaceuticals or dietary supplements.
  • Senior-level profile only (not suitable for junior or fresh candidates).
  • Strong experience in distributor negotiation and B2B sales.
  • Proven exposure to modern trade and large retail chains.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories and key accounts.
  • Strong UAE market knowledge (existing distributor or retail network is a major advantage).
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
