About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and visionary Art Director to lead our creative team in delivering compelling and impactful visual campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong conceptual thinking, exceptional design skills, and the ability to guide a team in transforming ideas into striking visual stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction for advertising campaigns, branding, and digital projects.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account managers to conceptualize and execute client briefs.
• Develop visual styles, layouts, and design elements across print, digital, social media, and video.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers and creative team members to maintain high design standards.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure innovative output.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in art direction within an advertising or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative campaigns and design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
