• Lead the creative development of campaigns, visuals, and branded content.
• Supervise and inspire designers, photographers, and content creators to achieve top-quality output.
• Translate marketing objectives into powerful visual concepts.
• Ensure design consistency across all channels and brand touchpoints.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 5-10 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a creative agency or digital marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, branding, and digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
