Responsibilities:

- Adapt global campaigns to resonate with local audiences.

-Develop innovative, market-relevant visual concepts.

-Oversee project execution, production, and mentor junior creatives.

-Maintain visual consistency across all brand assets.

-Own your ideas and present them confidently to clients.

-Report directly to the Associate Creative Director.

Qualifications:

-4+ years in a creative agency environment.

-Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator with strong attention to detail.

-Proficient with macOS; experience with AI tools a plus.

-Motion design experience is a bonus.

-English fluency preferred.

-Exceptional visual sensibility — you understand trends and stay ahead of them.
