Senior Art Director

Leading regional hospitality group looking to hire a Senior Art Director, tasked with designing and conceptualizing new and existing F&B outlets. The ideal candidate must have experience in creating and designing F&B Concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design full brand identities for new and existing F&B concepts, including logo, typography, color palette, and overall visual direction.

• Develop brand positioning and creative concepts that reflect the brand’s story, values, and target audience within the luxury F&B segment.

• Create detailed brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including print, digital, packaging, and in-venue applications.

• Oversee and execute the design of all visual brand assets such as menus, signage, packaging, uniforms, stationery, and other customer-facing materials.

• Lead art direction for brand identity and design-related projects (excluding photography or video content production).

• Collaborate with marketing, interior design, and operations teams to ensure visual coherence between the brand identity and the physical or digital guest experience.

• Develop creative mood boards, visual territories, and concept presentations for stakeholder approval.

• Supervise external design partners or agencies to maintain brand quality and adherence to guidelines.

• Stay updated with global F&B and hospitality design trends to inspire and evolve brand visual standards.
