More about the role:

The Burson Studio is a team of over 40 creatives, art directors, designers, content creators, producers and videographers. As a Senior Art Director, you'll take a strategic and accountable approach to developing and delivering high quality impactful work and campaigns with teams, managing agency relationships and building client relationships. You'll also possess a strong understanding of the earned-first approach and have the ability to craft campaigns with impactful brand storytelling.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the development and delivery of earned-first campaigns and creative platforms, from brief through to presentation and production
  • Take and shape client briefs, defining clear creative strategy and guiding teams to high-quality outputs
  • Build, present, and sell cohesive treatments and 360° campaign proposals
  • Independently manage medium to large clients, strengthening relationships and driving organic growth
  • Collaborate with Studio, Creative Strategy, and Production teams to plan, budget, and resource work effectively
  • Lead creative production projects with oversight from Creative Directors and Producers
  • Champion innovation by challenging briefs and encouraging thought-provoking, culturally relevant ideas
  • Contribute to new business, award entries, and case studies, supporting Studio targets and reputation

Experience that contributes to success:

  • Proven experience leading medium to large creative campaigns and clients with minimal senior oversight
  • Strong understanding of earned-first thinking and integrated marketing across social, branding, experiential, and production
  • Confident presenter with the ability to influence clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience managing and mentoring senior creatives, fostering high standards of creative excellence
  • Commercial acumen, including budgeting, scoping, resourcing, and revenue awareness
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms and hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to inspire teams, share industry insight, and nurture talent across disciplines
  • Bilingual Arabic & English is highly desireable for this role
