Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate Attorney, located in Flowood, MS. The Senior Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing and drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court. Day-to-day tasks include managing cases from inception through resolution, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to provide comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance and personal injury
• Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting Legal Research
• Proficiency in Negotiation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Mississippi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,341.55 - $150,000.00 per year
