Senior Litigation Associate – Irvine, California

About the Role:
A growing law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Irvine, California office. The position focuses on handling complex insurance coverage matters and high-stakes litigation. This is a hybrid role, offering both in-office and remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee complex insurance coverage litigation from inception through resolution in state and federal courts.
• Analyze insurance policies and coverage provisions to determine liability and coverage positions.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding policy interpretation, coverage issues, and case updates.
• Draft pleadings, discovery documents, motions, and supporting briefs for court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or litigation.
• Strong advocacy skills, with excellent writing, communication, and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
