You will be stepping into a role designed to help you grow faster than your peers by working directly with our senior partner, a trial lawyer with years of experience managing a firm with over 17 attorneys.

Qualifications:

• California Bar membership in good standing.
• 1–3 years of personal injury or related civil litigation experience preferred (newly admitted attorneys with strong writing skills and passion will also be considered).
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ambitious, driven, and aggressive with a strong work ethic and desire to excel.

This is a senior position to manage a team that will include other associates and support staff.

Please note we are looking for an individual who can join our team and work towards growing in a partnership track. You will have an oppertunity to co-counsel with the senior partner or first chair trials.

All candidates' privacy will be highly respected and guarded. We understand some are looking to make a lateral move from other respected personal injury litigation firms and we will keep all communication confidential.

QUALIFICATIONS

• The ideal candidate has five (5) or more years of civil litigation experience.
• Handled one hundred (100) or more cases in the past and can manage support staff
• Trial experience is a plus, though not necessary.

Salary is based on experience (with a lucrative bonus structure based on performance that can exceed $250k depending on your overall experience).

We are very structured to allow each team member to focus their energy on what they are best at. We have a large Pre-litigation department including separate intake and demand departments that can handle all aspects of cases. Our litigation department operates with the senior partner's direct hands-on involvement and litigates all high-value cases including conducting trials.

The candidate must have personal injury experience. The candidate must have handled all types of personal injury cases including ones with catastrophic injuries. Should be familiar with all aspects of litigation and trial preparation. Trial experience is a plus but not required.
