Senior Associate Attorney -Insurance Coverage

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team. This role involves managing complex insurance coverage matters and providing strategic legal guidance to clients across multiple forums. The ideal candidate is a skilled litigator with a deep understanding of insurance policies, coverage analysis, and strong advocacy skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex insurance coverage litigation from inception through resolution in both state and federal courts.
• Analyze insurance policies and coverage provisions to assess liability and advise clients on risk and exposure.
• Deliver strategic counsel on insurance coverage issues, policy interpretation, and case updates.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and persuasive briefs.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in California.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 5 years of insurance coverage and/or litigation experience.
• Exceptional writing, oral advocacy, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
