Senior Associate Lawyer Litigation (10+ Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Associate Lawyer with a minimum of 10 years’ experience of post-qualification. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of handling complex legal matters, mentor junior lawyers, and managing client relationships with confidence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in litigation.

• Handle a broad range of complex legal cases from inception to resolution.

• Lead and supervise legal teams on client matters and litigation files.

• Draft, review, and negotiate high-level contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, offering strategic guidance.

• Collaborate with partners on business development and client acquisition.

• Provide mentorship and support to junior associates and legal staff.

• Stay current with changes in legislation, case law, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Law degree from a recognized institution and valid license to practice law in jurisdiction

• Minimum 10 years of PQE, preferably in corporate law, litigation, etc.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex legal matters with minimal supervision.

• Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• A client-focused approach with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Existing client base or portable book of business is an asset.
