Role Overview
As a Senior Associate – Logistics, you will be responsible for managing the end-to end logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods, optimizing supply chain processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence. You will play a key role in building scalable logistics processes to support Kazam’s growing business and nationwide expansion.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily logistics operations including dispatch, transportation, and delivery management.
● Coordinate with vendors, 3PLs, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
● Track and analyze logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, freight costs, turnaround times, etc.) and implement process improvements.
● Manage last-mile and reverse logistics operations efficiently.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, and customer success teams.
● Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and environmental regulations.
● Negotiate contracts and freight rates with logistics partners.
● Leverage data analytics tools to drive visibility and continuous improvement in logistics performance.
● Support planning and forecasting of logistics budgets and resource requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
● 3–6 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
● Strong understanding of logistics operations, 3PL management, and vendor coordination.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics management software.
● Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Experience in EV, renewable energy, or tech-driven logistics is a plus.
