We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and impact-driven team lead to anchor the operational backbone of our communications work. This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and meticulous execution. You’ll work across internal teams and external agencies to bring brand, events, and content projects to life—on time, and with clarity.

What You’ll Own

1. Cross-functional Project Management

  • Coordinate communications requests from across the organization—events, reports, partner toolkits, case studies, and more
  • Set up workflows, timelines, and status trackers across ongoing requests
  • Liaise with internal teams (Programs, Product, Tech, Academy) and external vendors to ensure aligned execution.

2. Event & Campaign Execution

  • Manage logistics, collateral creation, and on-ground/virtual execution for communications events, conferences, launches, and workshops
  • Coordinate with design, content, and media teams for end-to-end event support.

3. Publishing & Channel Management

  • Own the publishing calendar for social media channels and newsletters
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent posting and platform hygiene (images, captions, alt text, tagging)
  • Work with influencers and voices from the ground to amplify engagement.

4. Communications Data & Reporting

  • Track analytics across social media, newsletters, website traffic, and campaign performance
  • Generate monthly performance dashboards to inform strategy and content decisions.

5. Team Ops & Brand Collateral Management

  • Maintain a structured repository of marketing assets (photos, decks, logos, templates)
  • Help set up team rituals, sprint planning, and best practices.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are

  • Exceptionally organized, with a project management mindset and attention to detail
  • A natural collaborator, able to bridge creative, technical, and program teams
  • Data-savvy: comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn analytics, and Zoho Campaign reports
  • Hands-on with tools like Notion, Canva, and Google Drive
  • Energized by fast-moving environments and a strong sense of mission.

Preferred Background

  • 4-7 years of experience, preferably in Comms & marketing teams of Tech organizations, impact comms in NGOs
  • Strong understanding of project workflows, operations, communications metrics, and social media platforms
  • Experience working in mission-driven or cross-functional organizations a plus
