Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in designing and developing web applications using React or Angular. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces while ensuring seamless user experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Design & Development:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Implement responsive UI components using Angular or React.
User Experience:
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve design.
Ensure designs follow user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces.
Translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing designs.
Performance & Optimization:
Optimize UI for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Maintain design consistency across web and mobile platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development for web applications.
- Proficiency in React or Angular, along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of User-Centered Design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Hands-on experience with design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
- Familiarity with REST API integration and Agile methodologies.
Additional Skill Sets:
- Experience with State Management (Redux, NgRx).
- Knowledge of Material UI, Bootstrap, or other UI component libraries.
- Exposure to WCAG Accessibility Standards and inclusive design.
- Basic knowledge of Unit Testing for UI components (Jest, Jasmine, Karma).
Understanding of Performance Optimization and SEO for SPAs.
Key Responsibilities
A candidate will be responsible for delivery of work including:
- Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using React or Angular.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Ensure responsive design, accessibility compliance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Optimize UI performance and maintain design consistency across platforms.
