Senior Attorney

Job Summary:

Ekspert Counsel is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney for a full-time position in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Review, evaluate, and prepare cases for trial.
• Prepare legal documents, including complaints, responses to motions to dismiss (MTD), and motions for summary judgment (MSJ).
• Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, gathering crucial information for cases.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests and address any associated issues.
• Attend court hearings to represent clients and present legal arguments.
• Maintain consistent communication and provide updates to clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged.

Qualifications:

• JD and Admitted to practice in Georgia.
• Must have at least 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Must have experience with First Party Property.
