We are looking for a Senior Audio Production and Technical Services Manager who can take ownership of our studio operations, audio engineering standards, and technical production strategy. You aren't just managing recordings; you are defining technical excellence, optimizing production workflows, and building scalable systems that support premium content delivery.

You will lead audio engineers, production coordinators, studio technicians, and project stakeholders, bridging the gap between creative direction, technical execution, and business performance. You are the advocate for production quality in a room full of creative teams, technical specialists, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Production Ownership:

Lead end-to-end audio production operations including recording, editing, mixing, mastering, and technical delivery across multiple client and internal projects.

Technical Services Leadership:

Maintain and optimize studio infrastructure, production equipment, signal chains, digital workstations, and technical support systems.

Quality and Performance:

Develop production standards, technical operating procedures, service quality metrics, and workflow improvements across all production environments.

Team Leadership:

Mentor audio engineers, production specialists, studio technicians, and project coordinators while building a culture of accountability and technical excellence.

Project Delivery:

Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, project budgets, client expectations, and technical execution to ensure on-time delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

Present technical recommendations, production strategies, investment plans, and operational performance updates to executive leadership and strategic partners.

What We Are Looking For?

Experience:

8+ years in audio production, sound engineering, broadcast technology, studio operations, or technical media services, with at least 3+ years leading production teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Media Production, Sound Technology, Broadcasting, or related field. Professional certifications in audio systems or media technology are highly preferred.

Industry Background:

Strong experience in media production, entertainment technology, podcasting, broadcasting, post-production, live production, or digital content environments.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of digital audio workstations, signal processing, studio systems, live audio workflows, equipment maintenance, and production analytics.

Language Skills:

English (Professional) is required for technical documentation, client communication, and project coordination. Arabic is highly preferred.

Mindset:

You are technically driven, operationally strong, and know when to push for production perfection, when to optimize workflows, and when to scale technical operations for long-term business growth.
