Senior Audio Production Manager

About the Role:
RadioWeb FYC Digital Broadcasting & Media W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Audio Production Manager to lead audio production operations, content development, and technical broadcast execution in Kuwait City. This role focuses on managing end-to-end audio production workflows, ensuring high-quality sound output, and optimizing digital broadcasting performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audio Production Leadership: Oversee end-to-end audio production including recording, editing, and post-production
• Broadcast Operations Management: Manage studio operations, live broadcasts, and digital streaming systems
• Content Production: Supervise creation of podcasts, radio programs, and digital audio content
• Technical Systems Management: Ensure optimal performance of audio equipment, software, and studio infrastructure
• Quality Control: Maintain high audio standards, sound design quality, and production consistency
• Process Optimization: Improve production workflows and operational efficiency
• Team Leadership: Lead audio engineers, producers, and technical staff

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in audio production, broadcasting, or media production management
• Skills: Strong expertise in sound engineering, audio editing tools, and studio operations
• Education: Degree in Audio Engineering, Media Production, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in radio, podcasting, or digital broadcasting environments
• Leadership: Ability to manage creative and technical production teams
