Responsibilities

• Investigate complex auto insurance claims by gathering pertinent information through interviews, documentation review, and site inspections.
• Analyze Auto claim details meticulously to identify potential fraud indicators and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Utilize auto estimating tools and financial software to accurately assess damages, losses, and appropriate settlement amounts.
• Negotiate effectively with claimants, vendors, attorneys, and other stakeholders to reach fair resolutions that align with policy coverage.
• Maintain organized records of all claim activities, correspondence, and documentation for audit readiness and process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline claims procedures, improve detection of fraudulent activities, and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Auto Claims Adjuster with a focus on complex or high-value claims.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret legal documents, medical reports, and technical estimate.
• Excellent negotiation skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities to manage sensitive situations professionally.
• Familiarity with auto estimating tools and fraud prevention techniques is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
