About the Role

We are seeking a collaborative and analytical Senior Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating repair costs and supporting the claims process from initial assessment through resolution. You will serve as a subject-matter expert, ensuring estimates are thorough, compliant with insurance guidelines, and delivered with a high level of customer service

What You’ll Do

· Prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software

· Review claim documentation, photos, and reports to determine scope of loss

· Collaborate with adjusters, repair facilities, vendors, and internal teams to align repair plans and costs

· Identify potential supplements, discrepancies, or coverage considerations

· Ensure estimates comply with company standards, insurance policies, and regulatory requirements

· Provide guidance and support to junior estimators or team members as needed

· Participate in quality reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

· Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders throughout the claims process

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in material damage estimating within insurance or claims environments
  • Strong working knowledge of repair methodologies, parts, labor operations, and industry standards
  • Proficiency with estimating and claims software
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple claims or estimates efficiently
  • Clear, professional communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative within a team environment
  • Prior experience in a senior, lead, or mentoring capacity preferred
  • Relevant certifications (IA-CAR, state licenses, or insurance certifications) a plus
