Senior Automation Engineer

We are expanding our Automation Team and looking for a hands-on Senior Automation Engineer.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing PLC, SCADA, and HMI applications
• Implementing advanced motion and servo control solutions (Siemens & Beckhoff)
• Coordinating and leading UAT (User Acceptance Test) processes with customers
• Commissioning and troubleshooting systems on site
• Collaborating with the Software Department to deliver integrated IIoT projects

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation projects
• Strong knowledge of Siemens S7 (Simatic Manager, TIA Portal) and Beckhoff (TwinCAT2/3)
• Proficiency in HMI/SCADA systems (WinCC, WinCC Flexible, TIA Portal)
• Experience in motion control, servo systems, and industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus, EtherCAT, etc.)
• Familiarity with E-Plan for electrical drawings
• Experience in selecting and applying field instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, etc.) in automation projects
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Good command of English, with no restrictions on domestic & international travel
• Based in or willing to relocate to İzmir
