SENIOR Automation Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to lead the design, programming, and implementation of automation solutions for biopharma equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC/SCADA platforms, excellent understanding of bioprocess automation, and strong team and client coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to understand automation requirements
• Design automation architecture and review BOMs, P&IDs
• Program PLCs and SCADA/HMI systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
• Allocate tasks and manage project deliverables
• Ensure compliance with ISA S88 standards
• Perform SQL/DB scripting and C/VB scripting as needed
• Lead standardization and error-free program delivery
• Support new product development and system integration

Required Skills:

• Siemens PLC (Step 7, TIA Portal, PCS 7), HMI, and SCADA (WinCC)
• Allen Bradley PLC (Studio 5000), SCADA (Factory Talk View)
• Biopharma process automation knowledge
• Programming in VBScript, C Script, SQL/PostgreSQL
• Strong communication and team leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• Experience in automation for biopharma vessels/equipment
• Familiarity with ISA S88 standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
