Job Description

Action Automotive Service is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who can handle general diagnostics, engine repairs, and major mechanical work independently. We are a family-owned automotive repair shop in Colorado Springs focused on quality work, accountability, and fixing vehicles the right way the first time.

We are a small team and looking for the right technician who wants to be part of a growing shop, take ownership of their work, and contribute to a high-standard work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Timing chain and engine timing repairs
Head gasket and major engine repairs
Brake, suspension, and general automotive repair
Vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and test drives
Accurately documenting repairs and inspections
Following proper repair procedures and completing jobs correctly the first time

Experience & Qualifications

7+ years of automotive repair experience (10+ preferred)
Diagnostic and STRONG mechanical skills
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Must have your own tools
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
