Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior AWS Server Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in server management, cloud security, deployment automation, monitoring, backup solutions, and high-availability architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Route 53, CloudFront, and Load Balancers.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers.
• Implement auto-scaling, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
• Handle server migrations from on-premise to AWS cloud.
• Monitor server performance, uptime, and security vulnerabilities.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Manage Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
• Maintain cloud security best practices including firewalls, IAM policies, and access controls.
• Work with DevOps and development teams for deployment and infrastructure support.
• Perform regular server audits, patching, and optimization.
• Maintain logs, documentation, and infrastructure reports.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Expertise in Linux server administration.
• Knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of networking, DNS, VPN, SSL, and load balancing.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Knowledge of database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of security compliance and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer certification.
• Experience in high-traffic production environments.
• Experience with automation scripting (Bash, Python).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
