Position: Senior Ayurveda Therapist

Qualification
- Diploma in Ayurveda / Panchakarma Therapy from an authorized and recognized Ayurveda training institute
- Certification in Panchakarma therapies is mandatory
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Ayurvedic and Panchakarma therapies
- Experience in reputed Ayurveda hospitals, wellness centres, or resorts shall be preferred
Age Criteria
- 28 to 35 years
- (Age flexibility may be considered for highly experienced and skilled candidates.)
Key Responsibilities
Therapy Delivery & Patient Care
- Perform Panchakarma and classical Ayurvedic therapies as prescribed by the doctor
- Ensure accurate execution of treatments such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Pizhichil, Njavarakizhi, and other specialized therapies
- Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety during all treatment procedures
Quality & Hygiene Standards
- Strictly follow therapy protocols, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines
- Ensure proper preparation, handling, and use of oils, medicines, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms and treatment areas at all times
Patient Interaction & Communication
- Explain therapy procedures to patients in a clear and reassuring manner
- Address basic patient queries related to therapies within the defined scope
- Communicate effectively with patients in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Team Coordination & Mentoring
- Coordinate closely with doctors and junior therapists to ensure treatment accuracy
- Guide, support, and mentor junior therapists when required
- Assist in maintaining discipline, punctuality, and professionalism within the therapy team
Documentation & Compliance
- Record therapy details and report any patient concerns or deviations to the doctor
- Comply with internal SOPs, quality benchmarks, and ethical practices of Wyga Ayurveda
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical expertise in Panchakarma therapies
- Excellent hands-on skills and patient-handling ability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and patient-centric environment
- Physically fit and capable of handling therapy workloads

- Senior therapist with long-term experience in traditional and clinical Ayurveda settings
- Calm, disciplined, and service-oriented professional attitude
- Willingness to uphold the premium service standards of Wyga Ayurveda
