Senior B2B Marketing Manager Full-Time | Minimum 2-3 Years Experience | On-Site
We are looking for a Senior B2B Marketing professional who understands how to market a B2B
SaaS product to business decision-makers; not consumers. You will own the marketing function
end-to-end: strategy, execution, and results. This is a leadership role with direct impact on
pipeline, brand visibility, and market positioning across Pakistan and MENA.
What you will do:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy targeting brands across
Pakistan and broader MENA
● Own lead generation; build and manage inbound and outbound campaigns that deliver
qualified leads to the sales team.
● Build and manage the content engine: case studies, whitepapers, blogs, email
sequences, and LinkedIn thought leadership
● Own the company's brand voice, positioning, and messaging across all channels
● Build and manage relationships with industry partners, communities, and media outlets
relevant to the space.
● Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences
● Build, manage, and mentor the marketing team including interns and junior marketers
Requirements:
● Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech, or e-commerce
● Proven track record of generating qualified leads and contributing to revenue growth; not
just brand awareness
● Strong understanding of the Pakistani business landscape; you know how decisions are
made here
● Strong analytical mindset; you make decisions based on data, not gut feeling alone
● Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to write sharp, compelling
B2B copy
● Experience managing or collaborating with a team
● Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment where you wear multiple hats
Good to have:
● Existing network within the Pakistan e-commerce, retail, or logistics ecosystem
