GP Craft Inc. is a wholesale distributor headquartered in Baldwin Park, CA, serving clients across the United States. Over the past 7 years, we have grown into a dynamic company with 200+ SKUs spanning PPE, disposable gloves, dental supplies, medical consumables, equipment materials, and small machinery. We offer end-to-end fulfillment including shipping and logistics support, and are actively expanding our national footprint.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a self-driven, experienced B2B sales professional who can hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level role. You bring your own methodology, your own discipline, and ideally your own client relationships. We provide the product line, the infrastructure, and a compensation structure that rewards top performers generously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively develop new B2B accounts through outbound outreach, cold calling, and field visits
  • Manage and grow an existing client portfolio with a focus on retention and upselling
  • Conduct daily in-office work and regular field visits to clients and prospects throughout the region
  • Create quotes, track orders, and coordinate with operations and logistics teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently meet monthly sales targets
  • Represent GP Craft professionally in all client communications, meetings, and trade shows

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
  • Office-based at our Baldwin Park, CA headquarters — daily in-office presence required
  • Regular field visits and client outreach are a core part of this role

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of results
  • Demonstrated ability to independently acquire new clients and grow accounts
  • Existing client relationships or industry network strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to operate with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Must reside in the Greater Los Angeles area
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. — no visa sponsorship available for this role
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Pay

$32/hr — stable, guaranteed income from day one.

Performance-Based Promotion

Consistently hit your targets and you're on a clear path to $36/hr — with no ceiling on what you can earn beyond that.

Commission

Earn commission on every deal you close — with significantly higher rates for new accounts you bring in. The more new business you develop, the more you take home. Commission is uncapped.

Quarterly & Annual Bonuses

High performers unlock quarterly and annual cash bonuses on top of commission. The targets are ambitious but achievable — our top reps are already hitting them.

OTE

$100,000 – $200,000+/yr for strong performers. Your earnings are in your hands.

Pay: $66,560.00 - $200,000.00 per year
