Brained is an AI-powered low-code platform helping startups, businesses, and developers build secure, scalable software visually. We’re expanding our engineering team and looking for a strong Senior Backend Developer to help architect and power our core systems.

Role Overview

You will design, build, and optimise backend services using Node.js, .NET, and SQL, while collaborating closely with the React front-end team. This role involves backend architecture, API development, database design, performance optimisation, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and .NET.
• Build and integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs with React front-end.
• Design database schemas and optimise SQL queries.
• Contribute to microservices, caching, performance, and scalability planning.
• Ensure security, reliability, and clean code practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve backend performance.
• Collaborate with product and AI engineering teams on new features.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of backend development experience.
• Strong in Node.js, .NET (C#), SQL databases.
• Strong understanding of API design, authentication, and system architecture.
• Knowledge of React basics for API integration.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Solid debugging and optimisation skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
