Senior Backend Full Stack Developer

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, near Business Avenue, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Backend-Heavy Full Stack Developer to lead the design and development of scalable backend systems using Node.js and Python. This role requires strong ownership of backend architecture, API development, and system performance, with occasional collaboration on frontend integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js and Python
• Design and implement secure APIs, microservices, and data workflows
• Lead projects from system design to deployment and optimization
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security standards
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments
• Integrate third-party and internal services
• Optimize database structures and queries for efficiency
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience
• Strong expertise in Node.js and Python frameworks
• Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and API security
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking skills

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
