SENIOR BARISTA

We are looking for an experienced Senior Barista who knows coffee inside out and can lead the bar team with confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffee and specialty drinks consistently
• Manage daily barista operations and workflow
• Train and guide junior baristas
• Maintain coffee standards, recipes, and presentation
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment care
• Handle customer feedback professionally

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a barista
• Strong knowledge of espresso, milk texturing, and brewing methods
• Leadership and training skills
• Friendly, calm, and customer-focused attitude
