Senior Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and customer-focused Senior Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, beverages, and customer service, with exceptional expertise in crafting high-quality, unique, and innovative drinks. This role requires strong leadership abilities, in-depth beverage knowledge, and the ability to create memorable customer experiences through excellent service and creative drink preparation.

As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing specialty coffees, signature beverages, and unique drink creations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve premium coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and creative signature drinks
• Develop unique drink recipes and seasonal beverage specials
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all beverages
• Welcome customers warmly, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations
• Educate customers about beverage options, ingredients, and brewing techniques
• Train and mentor junior baristas on drink preparation, customer service, and operational standards
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstations and equipment
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure stock availability
• Update beverage menus and displays to promote new and featured drinks
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and quality control regulations
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure an exceptional guest experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista, with senior-level expertise preferred
• Strong creativity in developing unique and high-quality beverages
• Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing methods, beverage presentation, and flavor combinations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
