Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with precision and artistry.
• Supervise and mentor junior baristas, ensuring training and development.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage daily operations including inventory, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
• Contribute ideas for menu innovation and seasonal specials.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

• Bahraini nationality (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of barista experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and specialty coffee trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about coffee culture and customer satisfaction.
