Senior Barista / Brand Ambassador

YOOCHA MATCHA is a leading matcha supplier serving over 800 cafes and specialty coffee shops across the GCC region. We are passionate about matcha and are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. As a leading matcha supplier, our booth at World of Coffee Dubai 2026 needs to be the highest-energy spot on the floor. You will be the face of our brand, engaging with coffee professionals and enthusiasts from around the globe while craftfully preparing the perfect bowl of matcha.

Key Responsibilities:

• Live Crafting: Perform high-energy, live matcha preparation (traditional whisking and modern lattes) for a constant stream of visitors.
• Maintain the "Stage": Keep the matcha station pristine and aesthetically pleasing for social media "phone-first" moments.
• Engage the Crowd: Act as a "Matcha Hype-Person," explaining the origins, grades, and health benefits of our product while you work.
• Quality Control: Ensure every sample served meets our rigorous standards for color, froth, and flavor.
• Brand Advocacy: Confidently answer questions about our wholesale and retail offerings to potential B2B partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Thorough understanding of matcha and hojicha, including different grades and preparation methods.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barista, preferably with a focus on matcha.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a huge advantage given the international audience in Dubai.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Well-presented with a polite and engaging personality.
• Energetic team player who is capable of managing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
• Must have own visa or sponsored visa.
• Currently based in the UAE.
