Senior Bartender

About the role:

We're looking for a seasoned bartender who treats this as a craft and a calling — not just a job. You'll anchor our bar program, execute at a high level during peak service, and set the tone for guests and junior staff alike. If you know your spirits, read a room effortlessly, and take pride in an immaculate well, we want to meet you.

What you'll do:

Craft cocktails, spirit-forward drinks, and house originals to spec, maintaining consistency across every shift

Build genuine connections with regulars and first-timers alike; provide knowledgeable, attentive service without pretension

Execute high-volume service efficiently during peak hours without sacrificing quality or hospitality

Manage inventory, par levels, and weekly orders; conduct opening and closing procedures with precision

Mentor barbacks and junior bartenders; model professionalism and help maintain team culture

Enforce responsible alcohol service practices; comply with all applicable liquor laws and house policies

What we're looking for:

5+ years behind a full-service bar

Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer

Classic and contemporary cocktail technique

TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent certification

Composure under pressure during busy service

POS system proficiency

Reliable availability for evenings, weekends, & holidays.

Collaborative, coachable, team-first attitude

Preferred but not required:

Experience contributing to seasonal menu development or cocktail program design

Background in high-volume, craft cocktail, or fine dining environments

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
