We’re Expanding Our Sales Team — Hiring Senior Business Development Executives (BDE)

As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for experienced and ambitious BDEs who know how to turn conversations into conversions and opportunities into long-term clients.

Location: SMCHS
Night Shift — 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

If you have strong Upwork expertise, understand digital services, and consistently hit revenue targets — we’d love to connect with you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Upwork experience (mandatory)
• Experience with other freelancing portals is a plus
• Proven monthly sales achievements of $3K–$4K+ preferred
• Understanding of CMS, Website Design & Development services
• Familiarity with SEO & Digital Marketing services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Ability to identify opportunities and close deals confidently

Your Role:

• Manage Upwork and other freelancing platforms professionally
• Generate quality leads and acquire international clients
• Handle proposals, client communication, and follow-ups
• Work closely with internal teams to close projects successfully
• Contribute directly to company growth and revenue targets
