We are looking for a Beauty Services Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our client experience, service quality, and beauty operations. You are not simply managing appointments or supervising staff—you are shaping the service culture, elevating treatment standards, and ensuring every guest receives a premium luxury experience.
You will lead a talented team of beauty specialists, hair professionals, and client service staff, bridging operational excellence with personalized customer care. You are the voice of the client in a room full of stylists, therapists, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
Service Operations Ownership
Oversee daily beauty and salon operations, ensuring every service meets premium brand standards.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop hair stylists, beauty therapists, client advisors, and support staff.
Client Experience Management
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by optimizing consultation processes, treatment quality, and aftercare service.
Performance Management
Monitor service quality, team productivity, appointment flow, and client retention metrics.
Training and Development
Conduct service coaching, performance reviews, and skills development programs that elevate team standards.
Business and Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with senior leadership on service strategy, sales targets, promotional campaigns, and operational improvements.

What We Are Looking For?
Experience
6+ years in salon management, beauty operations, luxury hospitality, or premium client services, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of haircare services, beauty treatments, luxury client expectations, retail product sales, and service excellence.
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to manage teams, resolve client concerns professionally, and drive service performance.
Language Skills
English (Professional) is required for client communication and operational reporting. Arabic is considered a strong advantage.
Mindset
You are polished, proactive, and commercially aware. You know when to perfect the client journey and when to move quickly to keep operations flowing smoothly.
