SENIOR BEAUTY THERAPIST ( SUPERVISOR)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Beauty Therapist (Supervisor) to join our growing beauty clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments while supervising daily operations, supporting junior therapists, and ensuring excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced beauty treatments (facials, laser hair removal, body treatments, skin therapies, etc.)
• Supervise and support beauty therapists and junior staff
• Ensure all treatments are delivered according to DHA regulations and clinic protocols
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer care
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance monitoring
• Handle client consultations, treatment plans, and follow-ups
• Manage daily schedules, room allocation, and workflow efficiency
• Resolve client concerns professionally and maintain client satisfaction
• Support management with reporting, stock control, and clinic operations

Requirements

• DHA License as Beauty Therapist (mandatory)
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a beauty clinic or medical aesthetics environment
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, laser procedures, and beauty technologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
