Senior Bilingual Lawyer - Leading Law Firm

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bilingual Lawyer to join our prestigious law firm in Riyadh. This role demands an expert legal professional with proficiency in both Arabic and English, capable of delivering top-tier legal advice and representation to a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in navigating complex legal matters within the Saudi Arabian legal environment while fostering client trust and firm excellence. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive legal counsel on a wide range of corporate and commercial law issues. - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents with precision and attention to detail. - Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and negotiation sessions effectively. - Conduct thorough legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international laws affecting client interests. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to develop legal strategies tailored to specific business needs. - Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the development of the firm’s legal expertise. - Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law; advanced legal qualifications or certifications preferred. - Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within the Saudi Arabian or GCC legal market. - Strong expertise in corporate, commercial, and contract law. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal cases and deliver pragmatic solutions. - Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills. - High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset towards continuous learning and professional development.
About the company
Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel. Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role.
