Senior Billing Executive (Insurance)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Billing Executive to join our hospital team in Begumpet, Hyderabad. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing billing operations, handling insurance claims, and ensuring compliance in hospital financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee hospital billing processes including patient billing, reimbursements, and insurance claims.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with hospital and insurance guidelines.
• Coordinate with patients, doctors, and insurance providers for timely settlements.
• Address queries related to billing, TPA, and insurance claims.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
• Train and guide junior billing staff to ensure departmental efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital billing.
• Strong knowledge of TPA processes, insurance claim handling, and hospital billing software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Exposure to RGHS, CGHS, ECHS, ESIC, Railways, GIPSA, Ayushman Yojna, and all major TPAs & Insurance companies.
