Senior BIM Architecture Modeler / Coordinator

As a Senior BIM Architecture Modeler / Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing BIM processes across architectural design phases. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM standards, drive coordination workflows, and maintain the highest levels of design accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Interpret and understand client requirements, objectives, and preferences.
• Architecture modelling and detailing throughout all design stages from Concept to IFC.
• All types of Architecture Drawings creation in Revit such as General Arrangement Overall and Part Plans, Area Calculation, Elevations, Sections, Staircase Details, Ramp Details, Lift core Details, General Details, Spot Details etc.
• Update models based on RFIs, design changes, or markups from the design team.
• Assist Architects and Design teams in visualization and design development through 3D models and renderings.
• Monitor the Design Process from Concept to IFC to ensure consistency of Design.
• Coordination with external consultants and Interdisciplinary coordination for the finalization of project in ACC environment.
• Analyse, identify any design issues, and resolve them with Lead Designer.
• Maintain a Log of all Design changes along with their impact on the project and coordinate with external parties working in BIM.
• Participate in clash detection, model audits, and coordination meetings using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit, Navis & SketchUp.
• Solid knowledge of creating parametric families related to the Architecture Elements.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to company and industry BIM standards.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Architecture BIM Modelling.
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Midrise Residential Architecture Projects and multidisciplinary project environments.
