About the Role

We are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead and support BIM coordination across architectural projects. This role requires strong hands-on experience with BIM tools and workflows, along with the ability to coordinate across disciplines and guide project teams to deliver accurate, well-coordinated models and drawings.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable supporting both design and execution stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across architectural and consultant teams
• Manage and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows
• Support architects and designers with BIM execution and coordination
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Guide and mentor junior BIM team members
• Support project teams through design development and construction stages

Requirements

• 5+ years of BIM experience in architecture or construction projects
• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination workflows
• Experience coordinating models across multiple disciplines
• Solid understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
