Senior BizTalk Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior BizTalk Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server. This role collaborates with business analysts, architects, and developers to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure integrations that enable business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with BizTalk development, orchestration, pipelines, maps, adapters, and messaging patterns, and a track record of delivering high-quality integration solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy BizTalk solutions integrating ERP/CRM, SQL Server databases, and cloud services.
• Lead technical design discussions, review code, and mentor junior developers.
• Create and maintain schemas, maps, pipelines, orchestration components, and BizTalk deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement durable fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement integration architecture and standards.
• Ensure performance, reliability, security, and scalability of integration solutions.
• Participate in release planning and documentation, including runbooks and support guidelines.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Microsoft BizTalk Server development
• Strong understanding of BizTalk architecture, including orchestrations, pipelines, schemas, maps, and adapters
• Experience integrating BizTalk solutions with SQL Server, REST/SOAP services, WCF, XML/XSD, EDI, and messaging patterns
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams; strong customer focus
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BizTalk Server 2013/2016/2019 and/or current versions
• Knowledge of cloud integration patterns and hybrid integration
• Experience with enterprise service bus (ESB) patterns and IIoT/ERP integrations
• Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps practices for CI/CD
• Microsoft certifications related to BizTalk or integration technologies
