What We’re Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing (per BACB standards)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and observational abilities
  • Experience supporting children with autism or developmental differences
  • Data-driven, results-focused clinical approach
  • Collaborative, empathetic, and culturally responsive leadership style
  • Dedication to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

What You’ll Do
As a Senior BCBA, you’ll blend leadership with direct clinical responsibilities—driving client progress, staff growth, and clinic-wide success.

Clinical Supervision & Quality

  • Provide caregiver and parent training to reinforce therapy goals
  • Monitor utilization and billable activity for yourself and your team
  • Deliver ABA services while ensuring strong staff supervision
  • Audit clinical notes and data for accuracy and compliance
  • Complete assessments, reports, and documentation on time

Leadership & Team Development

  • Supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and ABA trainees
  • Offer BACB-compliant supervision toward accruing fieldwork hours
  • Lead training, onboarding, and mentorship for new clinicians
  • Conduct regular staff check-ins to promote growth and engagement
  • Partner across teams to maintain quality and consistency

Process & Program Development

  • Enhance clinic operations and resources through innovation
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based staff training programs
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and organizational projects
  • Pursue CEUs and professional learning to stay current
