Senior Behavior Analyst – Durham Clinic

Full-Time | Onsite | $110,000–$130,000/year

Role Summary

The Durham clinic is seeking a Senior Behavior Analyst who will provide leadership within a structured treatment setting. This position includes developing programming, reviewing client progress, supporting case discussions, and offering guidance to team members working directly with children.

  • Compensation: $110,000–$130,000/year (total compensation)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and adjust treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing data
  • Review documentation to monitor progress and ensure consistency
  • Provide oversight and routine guidance to team members
  • Support training, clinical communication, and day-to-day planning
  • Participate in caregiver discussions and treatment reviews
  • Coordinate with clinic leadership to support workflow and program quality

Qualifications

  • Active board certification as a behavior analyst
  • North Carolina license (or eligibility)
  • Experience providing clinical guidance or case oversight
  • Solid communication, planning, and organization skills
  • Ability to work onsite during weekday hours

Preferred Experience

  • Previous clinic-based work
  • Interest in mentoring and supporting clinical team members
  • Experience using structured procedures and documentation systems
